Permlight Introduces Collection Light Technology for Sign Industry
- System allows remote disconnect of signage

Tustin, CA – January 16, 2006– Permlight Products, a manufacturer of LED lighting
for Residential, Signage, Marinas, and Performing Arts/Theater
applications, has announced today that it has begun sampling its
Enbryten Collection Light for sign manufacturers. The ENB-Collect
system is a line voltage power control system that allows sign
manufacturers to remotely disconnect power to a site that is having
payment collection issues.
The ENB-Collect is a wireless remote system that accommodates 120VAC input voltage and
can be connected to fluorescent ballasts, neon transformers, and LED
power supplies to remotely cut off power and illumination to end
customers that are not paying for installed signage.
“Customers that have received early samples thought we were joking when we
introduced the product concept to them,” stated Manuel Lynch,
President and CEO of Permlight. “I have heard over the years that
some sign companies have experienced problems collecting payment
from end customers – we merely developed a system that ensures they
will collect quicker on the work they have done. We have already had
several successful and effective installations.”
The ENB-Collect features a remote RF technology that allows sign companies to
remotely shut off signs without trespassing. Each product is
uniquely identified with a random number which is matched to the
remote power controller. The small remote is designed to be stored
in job folders with permit and other job specific details.
The ENB-Collect can handle a load of 1500 Watts and measures a mere 2.5” wide by 9”
long by 1.5” tall and features conduit couplings both on the primary
and the secondary.

figure we are doing a service to the neon, fluorescent and to our
LED signage competitors by developing a universal system that allows
sign companies to collect monies quicker!”
The ENB-Collect is available for sampling and purchase through Permlight’s franchised
sign supply distributors.
