Kolorfusion International, Inc. and PermLight Products, Inc. Enter
Joint Development Agreement
DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 9, 2004--Kolorfusion International,
Inc. (OTCBB: KOLR - News) and PermLight Products, Inc. (Tustin, CA.)
announced they have entered a Joint Development Agreement to further
expand the Kolorfusion patented surface enhancement technology and its
new glow in the dark technology (Curtisium(TM)) into the LED signage
market, which is target marketed by PermLight.
"PermLight has developed patented and proprietary technology with
LED's to create unique and visually attractive interior signage.
Permlight's patented thermal management techniques require the fixture
itself to become part of the heat-spreading element to increase the
LED lifetime. The emissive qualities (i.e. ability to deflect heat) of
Kolorfusion's process is far greater than most natural metallic
finishes. Hence, combining the Kolorfusion process with our products,
which interface with human touch creates an elegant decoration and is
also a heat deflector. Additionally, the new glow in the dark material
of Kolorfusion can also be actuated with our proprietary LED's to
create a whole new category of signage," stated Manuel Lynch President

The two companies are working together to introduce a series of new
products this spring that break traditional thinking in LED lighting.
The first series of products will be Permlight's ButtonLight(TM)
technology, which is a new series of luminaries for use in
applications ranging from safety lighting, front lighting of signage,
courtesy lighting in boats, and general illumination in RVs and motor
homes.
