Permlight and USLED Settled Patent-Infringement Lawsuit. USLED Licenses Permlight's Patented Thermal Management Technology.

TUSTIN, Calif., Aug. 3 - Permlight Products and USLED announced today that the two companies have reached a settlement in the patent infringement lawsuit filed on February 20, 2004 claiming infringement of Permlight's U.S. Patent No. 6,578,986.

USLED will license Permlight's patented thermal management metal heat sink technology for its popular RightWhite products. Terms of the license were not disclosed.
