Product Orders
Prices and terms of sale will be those in effect on the date you submit a complete purchase order. Permlight reserves the right to change prices at any time. Permlight will charge your credit card or otherwise process payment as soon as is reasonably practicable for Permlight. Permlight shall not be liable in any way with respect to the timing of any charges to your credit card or other payment processing. Permlight shall not be liable in any way if any financial institution refuses to accept or honor your credit card.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of, and venue in, the state and federal courts in Orange County, California in connection with any dispute arising out of or related to your use of this site. You agree that any actual or threatened breach of these Terms of Use by you could result in irreparable harm to Permlight and, accordingly, that Permlight shall be entitled to immediate injunctive relief, including a temporary restraining order and/or preliminary injunction without the necessity of a bond or other undertaking, to restrain such breach or threatened breach. If any provision of these Terms of Use is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity and enforceability of all of the other provisions hereof shall in no way be affected or impaired. These Terms of Use constitute complete and exclusive statement of the mutual understanding of the parties and supersede all previous, contemporaneous written or oral agreements and communications relating to the subject matter herein.
